Tori Roche

Tori Roche was named assistant coach of the Boston University field hockey program in February 2022 after spending a season in the same role at Tufts.

Roche served as a volunteer assistant at BU for the 2020-21 season, helping the team secure the Patriot League regular-season title and a spot in the conference championship game. She then joined former Terrier Tina (McDavitt) Mattera's staff at Tufts for the 2021 season, assisting with all aspects of the program and helping the Jumbos post a 15-5 record and reach the NCAA quarterfinals. 

One of the top players in Babson field hockey history, Roche also starred in softball for the Beavers, helping both teams reach their respective NCAA tournaments. She is tied for fourth all-time at Babson in goals (56) and is fifth in points (127). A two-time NFHCA All-New England First Team honoree, Roche captained the squad to a spot in the NCAA second round her senior year after reaching the NCAA semifinals as a freshman and returning to the national tournament as a sophomore. She was also a two-year captain and four-year starting catcher for the softball team.

Roche was named an administrator for North High Performance in 2022 and served as a regional coach during the trials. She was also selected as a coach for the 2022 Senior Nexus Championships in Virginia Beach. Roche has also served as a coach for the Under Armour Select Game, College Connection, Elite Field Hockey Camps and Milton Youth Field Hockey.

Roche graduated from Babson in 2020 with a degree in business administration.Â
