BOSTON —
Brooke Mullins has been named the newest assistant coach for the Boston University men's & women's track & field and cross country programs as announced by director of track & field and cross country
Grant Cartwright. Mullins will assist with the distance program.
Mullins competed in track & field and cross country at Florida State and Drake, most recently finishing 17
th in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championships, earning an All-America honorable mention while representing the Seminoles.
During her graduate year at Florida State, Mullins was named to the indoor and outdoor All-ACC Second Team and competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championships. She helped set a school record in the distance medley relay (10:55.41) and is on the school's top 10 lists for both the 3000m and steeplechase.
Prior to her time as a Seminole, Mullins was a four-time MVC champion and a three-time MVC Scholar-Athlete of the year at Drake. She was the 2023 Most Outstanding Track Athlete at the Indoor MVC Championships and ran at the 2023 NCAA Cross Country Championships.
The Queensland, Australia native holds a master's in sports management from Florida State and a bachelor's in management and organizational leadership from Drake.
