After guiding the women’s swimming & diving team to win the Terrier Invitational for the first time since 2010, sophomore Sydney Lee has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
Lee swam in nine events over three days at the eight-team meet, making six appearances on the podium. Individually, she won the 200 free, placed second in the 500 free and took third in the 100 free. She swam the opening leg of the 800 free relay, which went on to a first-place finish, and anchored the 400 free relay to another victory in the final event of the meet.
