After tallying nine points in two games, senior Brendan Homire of the Boston University men’s lacrosse team has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
Homire’s terrific week was highlighted by a career-best six-point performance in the Terriers’ 17-9 win over Lafayette on Saturday. He matched his career high with four goals on five shots and added two assists against the Leopards. Homire began the week with a goal and two assists against Harvard.
One of four captains, Homire has recorded a career-high 15 goals and added 14 assists for a career-best 29 points through only 10 games. He has also collected 23 ground balls and eight caused turnovers this season.
