Dynof leads Terriers at Harvard Invitational

Sophomore Lindsey Dynof (Colts Neck, NJ) won three of four matches to finish fifth in the competitive singles Flight A division at the Harvard Invitational last weekend (Sept. 28-30) in Boston. It was B.U.'s first tournament of the fall season.
Senior captain Christina Causway (Wilson, NC) went 2-2 and took 13th place in Flight A.
Sophomore Elena deMendoza (Madrid, Spain) finished third in Flight B with a 3-1 record. Teammates Silvia Guglielmi (Rome, Italy) and Alana Marcu (Leonia, NJ) finished eighth and 15th, respectively.
Sophomore Elisa Glas (Irun, Spain) represented the Terriers in Flight C, finishing ninth with a record of 3-1.
Pairing for doubles, Causway and Dynof finished 1-2 in the Flight A division, while the team of Hannah Bartell (Rancho Sante Fe, CA) and deMendoza, competing in Flight B, also finished with a 1-2 record. The Marcu and Glas tandem was 0-2 in Flight C.
The Terriers will next compete in the Brown Invitational in Providence, October 5-7.
