
James Earns All-America Honors in Triple Jump

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Boston University senior Tahari James finished seventh in the nation in the women's triple jump to earn All-America honors at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championship on Saturday at McDonnell Field. James picked up her third career All-America honor after placing in the top eight in the triple jump in both the indoor and outdoor seasons last year.
James posted a mark of 13.28m in the finals to place seventh. Kimberly Williams of Florida State won the national championship with a jump of 14.38m. James became the first Terrier to earn All-America honors in three seasons throughout her career since Christine Stief in 1995.
