
Track & Field Competes in ECAC, IC4A Championships

PRINCETON, N.J. - The Boston University men's and women's track & field teams finished competition at the three-day IC4A and ECAC championships, respectively, at Princeton University's Weaver Stadium on Sunday.
Junior Shelby Walton led the Terriers with a pair of third-place finishes in both the 100m and 200m dashes. The Danbury, Conn., native recorded a time of 11.92 in the 100m, while she crossed the finish line in 24.09 in the 200m.
The men's and women's squads combined for four additional top-10 finishes, including sophomore Nikko Brady's eighth-place finishes in both the 100m hurdles (15.43) and long jump (5.85m). Senior Whitney Ford finished third in the triple jump with a season-best 12.68m leap, while sophomore R.J. Page ran to a fifth-place finish in the 200m dash with a time of 21.34.
The NCAA will announce the student-athletes who will compete in the East Preliminary Round at NCAA.com on Thursday (May 19).
