After being named Most Outstanding Field Performer at the America East Championships for the second straight year, junior Allison Barwise has been named GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Barwise shattered her own heptathlon record set last season, as she won this year's event with a record 5,276 points. During the heptathlon, she won the 100m hurdles, high jump, long jump and javelin

The Orange, Conn., native also took first place in the individual high jump with a mark of 1.70m. She won the Coaches' Award for earning the most points of any female competitor.
