After moving into the top 20 in the nation in the 400m dash, senior Tewado Latty of the Boston University men’s track & field team was named GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Latty finished second in the 400m dash at the IC4A Championships this past weekend with a personal- and conference-best time of 46.15 seconds. He now ranks 20th in the nation in the 400m dash and his time is 11th fastest among athletes in the East Region. The Kingston, Jamaica, native also finished second at the IC4A Championships in the 400m dash during the 2013 indoor season and the 2012 outdoor season.

Latty is enrolled in the School of Management, majoring in business administration.
