Lagerberg Named to Academic All-Patriot League Team

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Sophomore David Lagerberg of the Boston University men's track & field team was selected to the Men's Outdoor Track & Field Academic All-Patriot League Team, the conference announced on Monday.
Lagerberg made the squad in his first year eligible after maintaining a 3.28 grade point average as an economics major. He was equally as impressive on the track during the outdoor season. Lagerberg won the 400m dash at the Patriot League Championships with a personal-best time of 47.61 seconds and was also second in the 200m dash (21.28). He owns the second-fastest time this season among Patriot League athletes in both events. Lagerberg has also been a key member of the Terriers' 4x100m relay team.
BU will compete at the IC4A Championships this weekend (May 16-18) in Princeton, New Jersey.
