After finishing sixth in the high jump at the NCAA Championships, Allison Barwise of the women’s track & field team has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
Competing in the 2014 NCAA Division I Women’s Track and Field Outdoor Championships, Barwise placed sixth thanks to a mark of 1.83 meters. She earned a USTFCCCA First-Team All-America selection on Monday for her efforts on Saturday. It is her fourth All-America accolade over her brilliant collegiate career. Barwise will leave BU with three school records, including a mark of 1.89 meters in the high jump.
