
Oluwadara Wins Triple Jump and Long Jump at Hurricane Invitational

RESULTS
CORAL GABLES, Fla. - Highlighted by two victories by senior David Oluwadara and 13 top-five finishes overall, the Boston University men's track & field team opened the 2017 outdoor season this weekend at the Hurricane Invitational.
The Terriers were victorious in three events over the weekend and were once again led by seniors Cameron Williams and David Oluwadara. Oluwarada took first in the triple jump with a leap of 15.72m, (51'7.00" ) which currently stands as the third-best triple jump in the country this season. Later, Oluwadara also finished first in the the long jump (6.93m, 22' 9.00"). Williams finished first in the 200m dash with a time of 20.80, which currently stands as the second-fastest 200m dash run in the nation this outdoor season. Earlier in the meet, Williams also finished third in the 100m dash with a time of 10.54. Both Williams and Oluwadara are coming off indoor season that earned them Second-Team All-American honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
