Terriers Tied for Second Entering Final Day of Yale Intercollegiate

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -
The Boston University golf team is tied for second place after the second round of the Yale Intercollegiate, which was played Saturday at The Course at Yale.

BU bettered Friday's first round score by three strokes, combining for a total of 300 on Saturday. The Terriers are three shots back of first-place Penn.

Freshman Hanako Kawasaki is in third place after 36 holes after carding a 73 on Saturday. Her two-day total of 144 (71-73) is two strokes back of the co-leaders entering Sunday.  Junior Abby Parsons, playing as an individual, is tied for fourth with a score of 146 (70-76). Classmate Zhangcheng Guo also remained in the top 10 thanks to a second-round 74. She is tied for seventh with a score of 147.

Junior Annie Sritragul moved up 20 spots from her start-of-day position thanks to a 74 on Saturday. She enters Sunday tied for 34th at 156 (82-74). Sophomore Katerina Doleckova is tied for 52nd at 160 (77-83), followed by senior Megan Carter (83-79--162) in a tie for 56th. Junior Saeros Oskarsdottir is also playing as an individual and enters Sunday tied for 73rd with a score of 168 (81-87).

BU will conclude its fall season with Sunday's final round.
