BOSTON – After capturing a tightly-contested doubles point, the Boston University women's tennis team cruised in singles to a 7-0 victory over Bryant on Friday afternoon at the Track & Tennis Center.
The Terriers (7-8) dropped just seven combined singles games to snap the Bulldogs' (7-5) four-match win streak and improve to 4-0 at home.

- Senior Remi Ramos and sophomore Lily Burchell claimed a 6-2 victory at No. 1 doubles, while sophomore Emily Kim and freshman Shelly Yaloz held on for a 6-4 victory in the No. 2 slot.
- Senior Sabrina Faybyshev and sophomore Katya Martens were in a 5-5 stalemate at line 3 when their match was halted.
- Both Ramos (#1) and Kim (#3) won all 12 games in their respective matches.
- Faybsyhev (#5) dropped just one game, while Burchell posted a 6-1, 6-3 win in the No. 4 slot.
- Yaloz was ahead, 5-2, at line 2 when her opponent retired.
- Martens won all eight games in her shortened match at line 6.
- BU will honor seniors Ramos, Faybyshev, Sophia Kryloff and Kaely Malik on Sunday before resuming conference play against Lafayette (10 a.m.) and Holy Cross (3 p.m.).
- The Terriers swept Holy Cross, 7-0, last season, and will meet the Leopards for the first time since claiming a 5-0 win at Army in 2015.
