Di Battista Repeats as Patriot League Player of the Week

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – After recording dominating performances in the top singles and doubles positions against Bryant, Boston University women's tennis freshman Erica Di Battista has repeated as Patriot League Player of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon.
The Montreal, Quebec, native first teamed with junior Alex Angyalosy for a 6-3 victory against All-NEC Doubles First Team members Sarah Hickey and Ada Baru. Di Battista then followed up with a 6-0, 6-2 win against Hickey to help the Terriers sweep the Bulldogs, 7-0.
Sitting at 2-0, BU will next visit Cornell on Saturday (Feb. 1) at 11 a.m.
