Best Friends Harper and Whyte Featured on CBS Sports Network, BU Today

Teammates for the past six seasons at the collegiate and high school level, Boston University men's basketball juniors Walter Whyte and Jonas Harper had the story of their brotherhood shared recently on both CBS Sports Network and BU Today.
The duo helped St. Luke's capture two New England Preparatory School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC) titles in 2016 and 2017 before Whyte joined the Terriers later that year. Harper followed suit to Commonwealth Ave. the next season and copied his friend in earning Patriot League All-Rookie Team honors. Whyte missed the 2018-19 season due to injury but received a medical redshirt and was able to have the same amount of years of eligibility remaining as Harper.
On the court together again this past season, they helped BU claim the program's first conference tournament title since 2011 on March 11, 2020, at Colgate. Whyte earned All-PL Second Team accolades, while Harper receieved All-Defensive Team recognition.
