Swimming & Diving Set for Patriot League Championships

BOSTON – After combining for nine dual meet victories during the regular season, the Boston University men's and women's swimming & diving teams are set to take the pool at the 2022 Patriot League Championships, hosted by Navy, Feb. 16-19 at Lejeune Hall.
Besides be able to watch the action on ESPN+, fans can track live results on the Meet Mobile app.
The four-day event will begin on Wednesday (Feb. 16) with the men's 3-meter diving trials at 2 p.m. The swimming events will kick off later that evening at 6 p.m. with the first heat of the women's 200-yard medley relay final. The meet resumes with preliminary events starting at 10 a.m. for each of the next three days, while finals will continue to take place at 6 p.m.
The men posted a 5-2 record this season, collecting wins against Colgate and Holy Cross after falling in the season opener to Bucknell. The women went 2-1 in those same three conference meets en route to an overall record of 4-4. All the PL schools will be competing in the PL Championships for the first time since 2020 after the event was broken up into regional PL Challenges due to the pandemic. BU swept their respective Challenge against both the Raiders and Crusaders.
