PHILADELPHIA – The Boston University men's tennis opened a two-day visit to the City of Brotherly Love with a 5-2 loss at Penn on Friday afternoon in the first meeting between the two programs since 1999.
The Quakers (7-1) won the doubles point by a combined score of 18-10 and then captured four of the six singles points in straight sets.

Adrian Pawlowski and sophomore
Johann Sajonz also won in straight sets for the Terriers in the No. 5 and 6 slots, respectively, with identical scores of 7-5, 7-6.
The Terriers will next visit Drexel on Saturday (Feb. 26) at 10 a.m.
