DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The Boston University women's cross country team came away with a first place finish at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Sunday. The Terriers were led by multiple first-years who all finished within the top six in the 5K.

Freshman
Hannah Prosser paved the way with a time of 16:20.41 to take first overall. Freshman
Molly Kiley was close behind with a 17:35.21 to finish third and freshman
Abby Waddington took fifth with a time of 17:45.11. Also finishing in the top ten was freshman
Kelly Jones with a 17:47.75, good for sixth.

Rounding out the scoring for BU was sophomore
Addison Schmidt (18:18.55) who placed 11th. Also competing for the Terriers were sophomores
Kaitlyn Desio (18:30.52),
Samantha Seabury (18:42.85), Madeline Finton (19:02.42) and senior
Marcela Perches (19:38.24).
