Mikaul Collects Patriot League Player of the Week Honors

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Sophomore Gabriella Mikaul of the Boston University women's tennis team was selected as the Patriot League player of the week, the league announced Tuesday.
Mikaul went a combined 2-0 in BU's match against Yale on Sunday. In doubles, she teamed with junior Nancy Liu as the pair defeated No. 35 Orly Ogilvy and Leena Friedman, 7-6 (5), at the top of the lineup and thus clinching the doubles point for the Terriers. In singles, the Manalapan, N.J., native won 6-0, 4-6, 1-0 (6) at the No. 1 spot to give BU its second point of the match.
Mikaul and the Terriers will be back on the courts on Saturday (March 28) when they face Navy at 4 p.m.
