2009-10 HIGHLIGHTS
Talied assists in back-to-back games against Merrimack (Nov. 14) and New Hampshire (Nov. 20) ... Scored a shorthanded goal and assisted on Colby Cohen's game-winner in 6-2 win over Massachusetts on Jan. 29.
2008-09 HIGHLIGHTS
One of seven Terriers play in all 45 games ... Won 54 percent of his faceoffs ... Scored one point in 14 different games, setting career highs in goals (5) and assists (9) ... Opened the scoring against Providence in the regular-season finale, recording the game winner in a 3-0 victory.
2007-08 HIGHLIGHTS
Named runner-up for Hockey East Best Defensive Forward ... Played in 38-of-40 games ... Totaled 11 points on four goals and seven assists ... Recorded first multi-goal game of his career with a pair of tallies in 7-4 home win over UMass Lowell on Nov. 3 ... Had first multi-assist game with two helpers in 5-4 win against Northeastern in the Beanpot consolation game ... Registered an overtime goal against Maine on Feb. 15 to lead BU to a 2-1 victory ... Scored a goal in the Terriers' 6-3 win over Cornell at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 24 ... Named to the Hockey East Honor Roll on Nov. 5 and Feb. 18.
2006-07 HIGHLIGHTS
One of seven Terriers to play in all 39 games ... Led BU freshmen with nine points on four goals and five assists ... Scored first career goal in Terriers' 2-1 win over Yale on Nov. 25 ... Also scored a goal against Providence (Dec. 8), Dartmouth (Dec. 30) and UNH (Feb. 16) ... Added an assist in Dec. 8 game vs. Providence for first multi-point effort.

Member of the U.S. National Development program, totaling 38 points on 18 goals and 20 assists in two seasons ... Helped Team USA capture the gold medal at the 2006 U-18 International Ice Hockey Federation World Championship ... Registered two goals and an assist in the U-18 World Championship games ... As a junior in high school, Popko and the U.S. Under-18 Team finshed atop the NAHL North Division ...
