MEMORIAL BAND: All season long, the Terriers will wear a black band on the left sleeve of their game sweaters. On the band are three letters-MLB. They are the initials of Mark Bavis, the former Terrier hockey player who was on board United Flight #175 that terrorists flew into the World Trade Center on September 11th. Mark's identical twin brother, Mike, is an assistant coach on Jack Parker's staff.
