Terriers Battle Bearcats Double Overtime Tie, 0-0

Vestal, N.Y. - Extending its unbeaten streak to six games, the Boston University men's soccer team (8-5-2, 2-0-2) earned a 0-0 double overtime tie with host-Binghamton University (8-2-4, 2-1-2) at West Gym Field on Saturday, Oct. 18.
Sophomore goalkeeper Chad Comroe (Dallas, TX) made two saves to earn his fifth shutout of the season and extend his personal unbeaten streak to nine games.
Stefan Gonet made four saves for the Bearcats.
The Terriers out-shot the Bearcats, 7-6, with junior midfielder Federico Bianchi (Pacific Palisades, CA) attempting a game-high three shots. Bianchi had a chance to break the scoreless tie with eight minutes into the second overtime, but his shot was denied by Gomet.
B.U. returns home for a game against Maine on Wednesday, Oct. 22, at 7:00 p.m.
