October 25, 2004 | Men's Soccer
BOSTON - Freshman forward Roland Erlichman (Paradise Valley, AZ), who assisted on three goals in two games last week, was named America East Rookie of the Week for the third time this season on Oct. 25.
As the Terriers won a pair of pivotal America East games on the road, Erlichman registered three assists to raise his season-point total to a team-high 14 points.
Erlichman had two assists in B.U.'s 2-0 win over New Hampshire on Oct. 23 and also had an assist in the Terriers' 2-0 win over Northeastern on Oct. 20. With the victories, B.U. clinched a spot in the 2004 America East Championship.
This marks the third time this season - and second week in a row - that Erlichman has been selected as the America East Rookie of the Week. He also received the honor on Oct. 4 and Oct. 18.
Boston University wraps up its non-conference schedule when it hosts Brown University on Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 7:00 p.m. The Terriers play their final regular-season home game when they host the UMBC Retrievers on Saturday, Oct. 30, at 7:00 p.m.
