
Pallotta Repeats as America East Co-Player of the Week

BOSTON - Senior Emily Pallotta scored two goals last week to earn her second straight America East Co-Player of the Week award, the conference office announced Monday afternoon. Pallotta's tallies helped the Boston University women's soccer team extended its unbeaten streak to seven games this season as it improved to 9-4-2 overall and 5-0-0 in league play.
Pallotta scored 6:27 into the second half in a 4-0 victory over Vermont Thursday night and found the back of the net 2:10 into the second stanza in a 3-0 win at Albany on Sunday. Pallotta, who has five goals in her last six games, is tied for second among league leaders in goals (5) and tied for third in points (12).
The Terriers return to the pitch on Thursday evening when it travels to Stony Brook for a 7 p.m. kick-off.
