BOSTON - After snapping Hartford's 16-game unbeaten streak, the America East regular season champion Boston University women's soccer team has moved up to 14th in the latest NSCAA poll, while three Terriers earned national team of the week honors.

Boasting the nation's eighth-best winning percentage out of 330 programs at 0.868, the Terriers (16-2-1, 8-0-0 AE) are currently on an 11-game win streak and are just one win away from setting a school record for victories.

Ranked 16th last week, BU earned a 2-0 victory over Dartmouth in rainy conditions and followed with a 3-0 win over the Hawks to claim the team's fifth straight conference regular season title.

On Saturday, Hartford entered the game with a 13-0-3 record, while averaging 2.0 goals per game. The Hawks had not yet been shut out and were featuring two of the league's top goal scorers. The Terriers' backline held them to just four attempts, and the national soccer media outlets took notice of the defenders' effort.

TopDrawer Soccer placed senior Lina Cords, senior Katherine Donnelly and sophomore Erin Mullen on its National Team of the Week, while Our Game Magazine named Cords and Mullen Players to Watch. Mullen earned a third honor by being tapped one of CollegeSoccer360.com's Primetime Players.

In other national polls, the Terriers are ranked 11th by Our Game Magazine and 20th by Soccer America.

They will next host the winner of Thursday's New Hampshire/Binghamton contest on Sunday (Oct. 30) at 1 p.m. in the America East semifinal round.
