Men's Soccer Hosts Sportsmanship Day

BU student-athletes hosted over 240 local youths at the men's soccer game vs. Hartford on Saturday Sept. 29 as part of BU's Sportsmanship Day.
Before the game, players from the Brookline U9 soccer team joined the Terriers on the filed for the playing of the national anthem. Other youth groups, including kids from the Jackson Mann Community Center, YMCA and the United Way, helped make signs and ate pizza with BU student-athletes before the game. The kids then cheered on the BU Terriers during the game and were given posters and autographs by the men's soccer team after the game.
