Women's Soccer Team Participates in The Arthritis Walk

BOSTON - The Boston University women’s soccer team participated in The Arthritis Walk sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation on Sunday, Sept. 16. The event was held at the DCR's Artesani Park in Brighton, Mass.

The Arthritis Walk is the Arthritis Foundation’s annual nationwide event that raises funds and awareness to fight arthritis, the nation’s most common cause of disability. The event featured a three-mile and one-mile course.

By participating in the event, the team supported the Let’s Move Together, a nationwide movement that encourages people to move to prevent or treat arthritis.
