CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - After helping lead the No. 21 Boston University men's soccer team to a pair of 3-1 victories, senior Jordan Barker and freshman David Amirani were recognized by the Patriot League as the Corvias Offensive Player and Rookie of the Week, respectively, the conference announced Monday afternoon.

Barker played a role in all three goals as the Terriers (10-2-1, 5-0 PL) remained unbeaten in the Patriot League with a 3-1 win over Lafayette. The midfielder set up junior Richie Robinson for a score and then earned his second game-winner of the season off of a free kick early in the second half. After the Leopards cut the lead to 2-1, Barker assisted on a goal by Amirani in the 80th minute as the Terriers became the first team to score three goals in regulation against Lafayette this season.

Earlier in the week before tallying the insurance goal against the Leopards, Amirani netted the game-winner in the 10th minute at then-No. 25 Dartmouth. He is now second on the team in both goals (4) and points (10) just ahead of Barker, who sits with three scores and nine points.

The Terriers will look to extend their nine-game unbeaten streak at crosstown rival Boston College on Tuesday night with action slated to begin at 7 p.m.
