Men's Soccer Continues Academic Excellence

BOSTON – The Boston University men's soccer continued its tradition of academic excellence again in the 2015 season, finishing as one of 315 men's programs across all divisions of the NCAA, NCCAA and NAIA to boast a team GPA of 3.00 or greater.
Recipient of the last three NSCAA Academic Team Awards, the squad led by head coach Neil Roberts met the requirements for a fourth consecutive honor with a GPA of 3.01. During the same time period last season, the Terriers posted a 12-6-2 record and reached the NCAA tournament with the Patriot League's first at-large bid since 2006.
In total, BU was one of 223 schools to have both men's and women's soccer teams record a 3.00+ GPA during the 2015-16 academic year.
