
Bloznalis Named All-ECAC First Team Member

DANBURY, Conn. - Graduate student Rachel Bloznalis of the Boston University women's soccer team added to her collection of postseason accolades as was named to the All-ECAC First Team, as announced by the organization Wednesday.
A two-time captain of the Terrier defense, Bloznalis guided the backline to 10 shutouts, including seven against Patriot League opponents. Bloznalis was critical in limiting opponents to just 0.86 goals and 9.0 shots per game as BU finished with a 10-8-3 record. Additionally, Bloznalis chipped in with three assists on the season, including a pair in the regular season finale against Colgate.
Bloznalis is the first Terrier to be named to the All-ECAC First Team since McKenzie Hollenbaugh '15 earned the honors in 2015.
