ALLSTON, Mass. – After sweeping through doubles, Harvard captured five singles points to defeat the Boston University women's tennis team, 6-1, on Saturday afternoon at the Murr Tennis Courts.

- The Crimson won all three doubles matches by a combined score of 18-8 and then captured four of the five singles points in straight sets.
- Freshman Clara Falxa won the Terriers' lone point with a dominating 6-2, 6-0 win at line 5.
- Sophomore Sabrina Faybyshev rallied to force a third set at line 4 but came up just short, 6-2, 6-7(3), 10-4.
- The Terriers will return home and host Holy Cross on Thursday (March 2) at 4:30 p.m.
- The contest will be part of the Turnpike Trophy all-sports competition featuring BU and the Crusaders ... The Terriers currently own a 12-1 advantage.
