
Oluwadara Named Second-Team All American, Finishes 9th at NCAAs

RESULTS
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Senior David Oluwadara of the Boston University men's track & field team concluded his indoor season on Saturday competing in the triple jump at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships hosted by Texas A&M.
Competing against the country's 15 best triple jumpers, Oluwadara finished 9th with a jump of 15.88m (52' 1¼"). Clive Pullen of Arkansas won the event with a jump of 16.86m (55' 3¾"). Oluwadara's performance earned him second-team All-America honors.
Saturday's competition concludes another impressive indoor season for Oluwadara, as he previously broke his own school record in the triple jump with a leap of 16.07 meters (52-8.75 feet) at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational on Feb. 4th.
The Boston native's previous record of 16.06 meters was set last year, which broke a 31-year old program record.
Oluwadara and the Terriers will begin their outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational on March 16-17 in Miami, Fla.
On Friday, senior Cameron Williams competed in the 200-meter dash at the the NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships and finished 14th with a time of 20.98. For more information click HERE
