BOSTON – Continuing its slate against in-state opponents, the Boston University men's soccer team will host Merrimack on Tuesday with action slated to begin at 7 p.m.
The matchup is part of BU Athletics' second annual Pride Week, celebrating the LGBTQA+ community on campus. BU Pride decals will be available to fans while supplies last.
The Warriors made the move up to NCAA Division I status for all sports this past summer and are now members of the Northeast Conference. Though Merrimack and BU are members together in Hockey East and have previously played in sports like basketball and softball back in the 1980s, Tuesday's contest will mark the school's first-ever meeting against the Terriers at Nickerson Field.
