Eiserman Named Hockey East Player of the Week

AMESBURY, Mass. - Sophomore Cole Eiserman of the Boston University men's ice hockey team was named Hockey East Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday.
Eiserman factored on both BU goals in the Terriers' 2-1 win over No. 17/16 Cornell at Red Hot Hockey on Saturday. He assisted on classmate Kamil Bednarik's first-period strike before breaking a 1-1 tie early in the third period with his seventh goal of the season, He is tied with sophomore Cole Hutson for the team lead in goals (7) and has added three assists for 10 points in 11 games this season.
Earlier on Monday, Eiserman joined Bednarik and Hutson in being named to the preliminary roster for the U.S. National Junior Team.
