BOSTON — The Boston University track & field team will host the David Hemery Valentine Invitational Friday and Saturday at the Track & Tennis Center with events beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m.
 
The Terriers have 33 men and 38 women in the meet. On Friday night, professional runner Grant Fisher has declared he is attempting to break the world record in the 5000m run.

Tickets for the meet can be purchased in advance here. Spectator walk-up tickets are limited and may sell out.

On Friday, Feb. 14, parking is available at the event rate of $12 in the Agganis Arena Garage (LOT A) located behind Agganis Arena (925 Commonwealth Ave). On Saturday, Feb. 15, parking is available at the event rate of $12 in the Essex Street Garage & Lot (LOT F) located at 148 Essex Street, Brookline, MA 02446. Overflow parking is available at the Warren Towers Garage (LOT K) located at 700 Commonwealth Avenue.
