Terriers, Mountain Hawks to Clash on CBS Sports Network Sunday at Noon

BOSTON – Riding a season-high five game win streak, the Boston University men's basketball team will visit Lehigh on Sunday with the CBS Sports Network broadcast set for a 12 p.m. start time.
With only three games remaining, the contest carries a lot of importance, as both programs are currently in a three-way tie for third at 8-7 alongside American. Colgate is alone in second at 11-5, while Loyola Maryland is in sixth at 7-9, half a game ahead of Lafayette (6-9).

- Sophomore Ben Defty (14.6 ppg) ranks third shooting 68.0 percent from the field and leads BU with 45 blocks while averaging a team-high 6.9 rpg.
- Freshman Chance Gladden (13.6 ppg) ranks eighth nationally among rookies with 132 assists, while classmate Sam Hughes (9.9 ppg) is seventh with 64 3-pointers.
- Shooting a perfect 8-for-8 3FG during Monday's 85-58 win vs. Colgate, sophomore Azmar Abdullah has helped BU rank seventh at 39.9 3FG% and 42nd in made 3FGs per game at 9.8.
- The Terriers are 5-10 away from Case Gym, earning key non-conference wins at Northeastern and vs. Harvard in Connecticut. During PL play, they've claimed wins at Lafayette, Holy Cross and Army with two losses occurring in OT at Bucknell (2OT) and Colgate.
- BU is averaging 76.6 ppg and 49.0 FG% while holding opponents to 74.9 ppg and 46.3 FG%. The Terriers have held their last nine opponents under 70 points in regulation.
- The Mountain Hawks own an 8-4 record at home compared to 4-12 away mark with non-conference victory vs. Saint Francis. They are 5-2 at home vs. the Patriot League with both losses occurring in overtime to Navy (2OT) and Army.

- BU leads the all-time series, 17-11, after Lehigh edged the Terriers, 93-91, in OT back in January.
- Whitlock scored 30 points, including a deep banked shot to send the game to OT, while Defty (26) and McNair (24) combined for 50.
