BOSTON — Junior Thomas Cowan wrapped up the Saucony Battle for Boston at the Track & Tennis Center on Sunday night.
He competed in the 800m, finishing with a time of 1:46.84, which was just .01 seconds off his personal best. He was looking for a top-16 time in Division I, which would hopefully qualify him for the NCAA Indoor Championships in March. Currently, Cowan's personal and season best of 1:46.83 sits at 21st in the NCAA this indoor season.
Cowan and the Terriers will return to the track on Saturday, Feb. 28 as they begin the Patriot League Indoor Championships at the Track & Tennis Center.
