Adler Garners Second Team, All-Defensive Patriot League Awards

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – After leading the Boston University women's basketball program in points, rebounds, field goals and blocks, senior forward Anete Adler has been selected to the All-Patriot League Second Team and All-Defensive Team, the conference announced on Friday afternoon.
Adler collects her first All-Patriot League honors in her career. She is the sixth Terrier in program history to earn a spot on the second team and fifth to receive All-Defensive recognition.
With Adler's awards, seven different Terriers have earned All-Patriot League honors under fifth-year head coach Melissa Graves. BU has had at least one all-league awardee in each season since 2017.
The Keila, Estonia native is enjoying a career year as a senior, setting personal bests with 14.5 points and 6.2 rebounds per game while leading the Patriot League with 43 blocks. During conference play, she is second in the conference with a .512 field goal percentage and third with 16 points per game. She has scored in double figures in 12 of her 15 conference appearances.
Since arriving to Boston University as a sophomore transfer in 2023, Adler has suited up in 61 games. She has scored 10.5 points per game on 50 percent shooting, the latter ranking fourth in program history.
BU, the No. 8-seed in the 2026 Patriot League Tournament, hosts ninth-seeded American at Case Gym on Saturday (March 7) at 2 p.m.
