Haber Earns Hockey East Rookie of the Week Accolades

Haber allowed two goals on Thursday night against UConn as BU overcome a two-goal deficit to end regulation tied, 2-2. The rookie goaltender made 28 saves as the Terriers scored in the extra period to pick up their first overtime win in Hockey East.
On Saturday afternoon, Haber returned between the pipes, making 25 saves in the Terriers’ 4-2 win over Northeastern. The wins improved Haber’s overall record to 6-2-1 and 4-1-1 in conference play. This is the second time this season Hockey East has recognized Haber for her efforts.
Haber and the rest of the Terriers return to action this weekend when they take on cross-town rival Boston College in a home-and-home series beginning Friday night at 7 p.m. at Walter Brown Arena.
