BOSTON - Sophomore forward Colin Wilson of the Boston University men's ice hockey team was one of 19 players named to the U.S. National Team that will compete in the International Ice Hockey Federation World Championship from April 24-May 10 in Berne and Zurich-Kloten, Switzerland. Wilson was the only current collegian named to the squad.
Wilson, a 2009 Hobey Hat Trick finalist and first-team All-American, helped the Terriers claim their fifth NCAA championship last weekend in Washington D.C. He tallied a team-best 55 points on 17 goals and 38 assists. Wilson has played for Team USA at each of the last two World Junior Championships.
