BOSTON - Looking to clinch the No. 1 seed for the upcoming Patriot League tournament, the current standings leading Boston University men's soccer team will conclude the regular season with two conference road games, starting at Army West Point on Saturday at 4 p.m.
The Terriers (11-4-1, 5-1-1 PL) have already claimed a spot in the six-team tourney for the second consecutive year following Wednesday's 2-1 win over Holy Cross. They own a one-point advantage over Colgate (5-2-0) with American (4-2-1), Lehigh (4-3-0) and Navy (3-3-0) all in striking distance.
Though they own an overall losing record, the Black Knights (4-6-4, 2-2-2 PL) will have much to play for as well, as they are currently in a three-way tie for sixth. Army will also be recognizing its senior class prior to gametime.
