The Boston University men's lacrosse team will conclude a three-game road trip on Saturday at Lafayette. Game time is set for 1 p.m.

BU (7-2, 2-1 PL) enters the weekend with plenty of momentum following a 9-8 win at No. 14/15 Harvard on Tuesday night. Junior Cal Dearth led the Terriers with four goals and two assists for six points while classmate Christian Carson-Banister stopped 13 shots, including one during a man-down situation with less than a minute to play.

The Terriers are 2-0 all-time against Lafayette, including a 12-7 win on March 15, 2014, which was the program's first victory. BU also bested the Leopards, 17-8, at Nickerson Field last season.

Junior Adam Schaal has nine points on four goals and five assists in two games against Lafayette while Dearth is next best with seven points (3g, 4a) against the Leopards. Junior Sam Tenney has tallied six goals against Lafayette, including four in the 2014 win. Another junior, Pat Myers, went off for five points (3g, 2a) last year against the Leopards.

Junior Ryan Johnston has tallied a goal and an assist in each game while junior Chad Bell, sophomore Hayden Ruiz and junior Allen Winkoff each have a goal. Sophomore Jack Wilson tallied two goals in 2015 while classmate Ryan Hilburn notched three points (2g, 1a). Junior Sam Talkow has gone 25-of-38 at the faceoff X (.658) with two goals and 13 ground balls.

The Terriers rank second in the nation and first in the Patriot League in man-down defense, having held opponents scoreless on 82.6 percent of extra-man opportunities. BU killed five of six Harvard EMOs on Tuesday, including one in the final 1:30 of the contest to preserve the victory. Lafayette enters Saturday with a 9-of-21 (.429) success rate on man-up chances.

A big part of the Terrier offense over the last five games has been Dearth. The Ridgefield, Connecticut, native has tallied 10 goals and 10 assists for 20 points during that span. Meanwhile, Wilson enters Saturday on a 20-game point streak that dates back to Feb. 25, 2015. He has tallied 35 goals and 21 assists for 56 points during the streak.

Lafayette (1-6, 0-4) also played on Tuesday, falling to No. 14/16 Navy, 11-4. The Leopards' one win came against Wagner on Feb. 19; Lafayette has since lost five straight. Juniors Eric Joseph and Jason Sands lead the Leopard offense - Joseph is tops in goals (19) and points (23) while Sands has a team-best 17 helpers along with 20 points. They are the only Leopards with more than seven points.

Junior Erik Cannon has caused 11 turnovers and collected 18 ground balls. Senior goalkeeper Ben Falcone has started all seven games, posting a .473 save percentage and an 11.60 GAA.

Following Saturday's contest, BU will host Lehigh at Nickerson Field on April 2.
