BOSTON – Concluding a two-match homestand, the Boston University women's tennis team recorded its first sweep of the year with a 7-0 victory over former America East foe Binghamton on Sunday morning at the Track & Tennis Center.

MATCH NOTES
- The Terriers cruised through doubles action by a combined score of 18-3 and won five of the six singles points in straight sets.
- Senior Barbara Rodriguez teamed with sophomore Sabrina Faybyshev for a 6-0 win at line 1, while senior Madison Craft teamed with sophomore Sophia Kryloff for an identical score at the No. 3 slot.
- After posting a 6-3 doubles win with junior Iryna Kostirko at line 2, sophomore Remi Ramos claimed a 6-3, 6-1 victory at the top singles spot.
- Faybyshev (#2) and sophomore Kaely Malik (#6) won all 12 games in their respective singles match, while Kryloff (#5) dropped just one game.
- Freshman Clara Falxa pulled out a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 4, and Craft completed the sweep at No. 3 in the day's lone three-setter, 6-3, 4-6, 6-3.
NEXT UP
- The Terriers next travel to Maryland for a pair of matches, starting with Patriot League rival Navy on Friday (Feb. 3) at 2 p.m.
