
Sheikali Tabbed United Soccer Coaches All-Region Honoree

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After anchoring a backline that recorded eight shutouts, Boston University men's soccer senior defender Adam Sheikali has been tabbed a NCAA DI All-Northeast Region Third Team honoree, as announced by the United Soccer Coaches.
The award marks the first for the Atlanta, Georgia native, who also received his first All-Patriot League (second team) award this season. He played the most minutes of any Terrier at 1,673 and helped BU reach the Patriot League semifinals for the third time in four years with a second-place finish in the regular season standings.
Sheikali also scored the game-winning goal against Harvard in a 1-0 victory and assisted on the score to post a 1-1 draw against Princeton,
