BOSTON – Looking to improve upon the last three third-place finishes at the Patriot League Championships, the Boston University women's swimming & diving team will open the four-day event Wednesday afternoon at Bucknell's Kinney Nataorium.

The championships will begin with the women's three-meter diving trials on Wednesday at 2 p.m., with finals for the day's events starting at 6 p.m. Preliminary events start at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning, followed by finals each day at 6 p.m.

The entire 2017 Patriot League Swimming and Diving Championships can be viewed for free on the Patriot League Network and fans can also follow Live Results.

During the dual season, the Terriers went 10-3, collecting victories over fellow PL members Bucknell, Lehigh, American and last year's runner-up Army West Point.

BU will feature six Terriers who earned All-Conference honors at last year's meet – 1-meter diving champion Kyra Tatlow, three-time top-10 finisher Erin Nabney (2x Breast, IM), 100 fly bronze medalist Julimar Avila, 1650 free bronze medalist Grace Anderson, 1-meter diving runner-up Kalli Roebelen and two-time top-six finisher Lizzie Tillo, who won the 3-meter title in 2015.

Preseason favorite Navy has won the last five women's conference titles.
