Freshman Clayton Keller was honored Friday for his efforts during the month of January, earning HCA National Rookie of the Month after collecting his second consecutive Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Month accolade.

Keller tallied 11 points on five goals and six assists during January to lead the Terriers to a 7-2 record during the month. His output included two game-winning goals, a shorthanded tally and 39 shots on goal over the nine games.

Keller was named runner-up for Hockey East Player of the Month and fellow rookie Jake Oettinger was the runner-up for Hockey East Goaltender of the Month after posting a 6-1-0 record along with a .941 save percentage and a 1.72 goals-against average during January.
