BOSTON – Concluding a five-match homestand, the Boston University men's tennis team will host Bentley on Wednesday with doubles action set to begin at 4 p.m.
The Terriers (2-2) opened the dual season with a pair of sweeps over Siena and Southern New Hampshire but have dropped the last two to Quinnipiac (4-3) and Bryant (6-1). Senior Mario Sandoval and freshman Marc Sable lead BU with three singles wins apiece, while senior Jay Leelavanich and freshman J.P. Avila have teamed for three doubles wins.
Led by former head BU head coach Rick Edelmann, the Falcons went 2-1 in the fall with a 6-1 loss to Bryant and wins at Nichols (7-2) and Salem St. (9-0).
