Four Terriers Named to MLL Opening Day Rosters

Four former Boston University standouts were named to the 25-man roster for their respective Major League Lacrosse teams ahead of Saturday's season openers.
Cal Dearth (Boston Cannons) and Dominick Calisto (Ohio Machine) will begin their second season in the MLL in 2018. Dearth played in five games for the Cannons and the Charlotte Hounds last year. He found the back of the net in all three appearances with the Cannons, including a two-goal performance against the Florida Launch. Calisto played in one game for the reigning champion, making his debut for Ohio on August 5.
Christian Carson-Banister and Greg Wozniak will embark on their first professional campaigns in 2018 after they were both selected in January's supplemental draft. Carson-Banister will represent his hometown as part of the Dallas Rattlers while Wozniak is a member of the Denver Outlaws. Both of those squads advanced to the 2017 playoffs, with the Outlaws eventually falling to the Machine in the title game.
Boston, Denver and Dallas will open their seasons on Saturday while the Machine will begin on April 29.
