BOSTON – Looking to remain perfect against in-state competition, the Boston University softball team will visit Harvard on Thursday (April 11) with first pitch set for 4 p.m. on ESPN+. The teams were originally scheduled to play on Tuesday (April 9) but the game was postponed due to inclement weather.
The Terriers are currently 5-0 with a three-game sweep against Holy Cross, a 3-1 win over UMass and 3-2 victory against Boston College. They are coming off a Patriot League weekend series win at Lehigh in which they posted a pair of 2-0 victories before dropping a 1-0 decision to the Mountain Hawks on Sunday. Harvard is 1-1 this year against the Patriot League with 9-8 (11) win over Bucknell and 6-4 loss at Holy Cross.
TERRIER TIDBITS
- The Terriers are 2-7 in true road games this year following the trip to Lehigh ... Five of the losses are by a combined seven runs, including a 4-2 defeat at then-No. 14 Arkansas.

- The Crimson have won five of the last seven games after winning only one of the previous nine ... Harvard is 5-1 at home with a sweep against Brown and 2-1 performance against Columbia this past weekend.
